With 5,700 undergrads from 50 states and 70+ countries, U of Chicago students have almost unlimited options- classes from the fine arts to the physical sciences, fr

om discussion-based seminars to innovative laboratory experiences. Students are not held to the major they declare as freshmen. Fun Fact- the first Heisman Trophy was given out to a football player in 1935. It has a Division 3 sports program and actively recruits athletes from across the country (although no scholarship funding is offered).
